When you choose Professional Managed Payroll, you can relax and let our Payroll Specialists take care that your employees are paid on time and that all payroll taxes and payroll tax returns are both paid on time and filed on time so you avoid costly penalties.
To begin a payroll we can call you for the hours of your employees, you can fax us (310-410-1040) payroll information on a custom form we provide or you can email (payroll@paycyclesolutions.com) us the information.
The Base Rate for Professional Managed Payroll is $89.00 per month for up to 2 payrolls.
Additional services available:
- Printed Checks, $1.00 per check
- Printed Pre signed Checks, $1.50 per check
- Printed Pre signed Checks on our Bank Account, $2.00 per check
- New Company Set Up (no prior Payroll) $49.00
- Prior Period Payroll Set Up 1 to 5 employees $59.00 per calendar quarter
- Prior Period Payroll Set Up additional employees $10.00 per calendar quarter
